Becky and Tony Dean are the face of Refuse Solutions, Inc. Becky is the daughter of Randy and Teresa Ruby. She married Tony Dean in 2008 and the two of them moved to Belle Fourche in February 2009 to help get the family business going. Becky enjoys fitness, volleyball, and spending time at the lake. Tony enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and volleyball.

Refuse Solutions, Inc. is owned by Randy and Teresa Ruby of Spearfish, SD. Randy and Teresa have 7 children and 6 grandchildren. They are members of St Joseph's Church in Spearfish and are involved in World Wide Marriage Encounter. Randy and Teresa love to golf, play tennis and spend time at the lake. Randy loves kneeboarding, skiing the slopes and ice fishing. Randy and Teresa love working together at RSI and feel blessed to be a part of a family business.

Refuse Solutions, Inc. is a family owned and operated company, serving the Black Hills of South Dakota with quality and pride. Randy & Teresa Ruby and Tony & Becky Dean moved to the Black Hills in March of 2009 from Minot, ND. They purchased Trash Busters and changed the name to Refuse Solutions, Inc. Here at RSI we pride ourselves in our reliability and our friendly customer service. We are proud to be serving the Black Hills area! We purchased Northern Hills Recycling of Belle Fourche in 2014 with the hopes of reducing the amount of garbage being landfilled. We built a new recycling facility in Belle Fourche and also offer curbside recycling in Belle Fourche. Commercial cardboard routes are available in other areas as well.
